But skills to question, search, and secrets keep.

Adaptable, resourceful, in every land.

Based on what's proven, what research has shown,

Their teaching methods carefully are sown.

Multi-modal paths, for every style,

To lift each learner, walking mile by mile.

With action research, they constantly refine,

Their craft and passion, making it divine.
