Teachers as gurus, mentors and guides foster students' critical consciousness, cultivate compassion and self-care while transacting the content. They promote deep engagement with learning by encouraging curiosity and a sense of purpose beyond mere knowledge acquisition.
Teachers and students practice mindfulness, reflection and dialogic discourses with social pedagogy by creating a caring and supportive classroom environment that acknowledges and nurtures students' emotions and spiritual needs by developing self-awareness and inner peace.
