Anti-dotes to poison of worldly evils
The way is not to allow
Poison to get to head or stomach
Rather keep it locked in the throat

By vices

React not
Retaliate not
Stay cool, calm and collected
Stay in dynamic balance

Birth--n-death
Joy-n-sorrow

Consume not the poison
Of vices
Of sensual gratifications
Of falsehood
Of ignorance
Of disunity
Seek, strive for and hone equanimity
