I’m a bird of Himachal
With me don’t you kid
My name is Cheer Pheasant
My tail is graduated
The Cheer Pheasants are found in Himachal Pradesh, besides in Uttrakhand and Kashmir.
They have strong beak to dig food from ground. They dig ground to eat roots, tubers, bulbs, and seeds mainly. But, they also catch insects and small animals as their food .
