Creation of stick figure memes can be helpful in developing internet age communication skills

A meme (mi:m) is an image, drawing, sketch, short video, written or typed small piece of text , etc., to capture instant attention which has a typical slant, punch or humour meant for internet internet users.

Thus, memes are quick communication formats to draw hold viewers’ attention to deliver the intended message on the digital and social media.

Meme-ifying stick figures is a practice which has come of age. They can be easily associated with typical lines said by people of present and past. With stick figures even strip memes akin to comic strips can be created.

With a section of social media users photo-memes are popular. However, some funny, catchy, educative and impressive memes with stick figures appear every now and then which get shared. At times creation of a meme makes you think out-of-box since it is meant to carry some symbolic meaning representing a particular phenomenon, punch line, unusual event, object or theme.
