Easter Sunday celebrated with love, hope and happiness

As a part of the Holy Week, Easter Sunday is being celebrated on April 20, 2025 with Churches across the globe organizing Sunday services to thank the Lord for the gift of eternal life. The faithful visited churches filled with with love, hope and happiness as they believe that their Lord has resurrected and proclamation "He is Risen." 

According to the followers of Christianity, the resurrection of Jesus, celebrated as Easter Sunday, is the cornerstone of their faith. The New Testament proclaims that Jesus was crucified, died a physical death, was buried within a tomb, and then rose from the dead three days later, now celebrated as Easter.

  Jesus' death and resurrection are commemorated by Christians in all their worship services and more so during Holy Week which includes Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
