"This document was developed at Bal Sansar Sanstha (www.balsansarindia.org), who works in the field of education as one of its priority areas. Dr. Lalit Kishore, an eminent educationist is accepted our request to initiate “Micro Learning” action Research project at our pre & primary school in Ajmer. This document is the part of our initial sessions for building teachers’ capacity. A focus group discussion (n=2; 1hour August 25, 2016) was held to think through and develop this document to train the teachers. The concept is evolutionary and hence, will be updated periodically. Our pre-school education is a school readiness programme with the development of multiple intelligences among children while introducing the age appropriate physical and life-skill activities, cognitive training of senses and creativity sessions with the children. The Primary school till 5th standard is approved by the Govt. of Rajasthan in July 2014 and current session has enrolled 100 kids from the surrounding villages. Most of these kids come from humble background; 80 percent parents are engaged in daily wage earnings as laborers with poor paying capacity," state the document authors.
