A child with severe dysgraphic condition who has failed at tripod writing grasp with writing utensil (Sketch pen) with 5-hour training should be switched over to wrap grasp and doodle and dash-stroke practice leading to writing his name and ticking right options in search puzzles and multiple choice questions or yes-or-no type test items.

Writing alphabet and numbers with wrap grasp and wrist movement can a good intervention for basic literacy.
A intervention of doodling and dash stroking was tried in clinical situation on a child with severe dysgraphic challenge and showed promise in initial three trial sessions of 10 minutes for three days.
A need was felt for 10-hour training over 10 days with half an hour physical therapy both in school and at home for readiness to write alphabet through wrap grasp.
