A song of Gita, clear and bright,

On leadership, a guiding light.

Not power held, or titles grand,

But duty done, across the land.

Swadharma calls, your own true way,

To lead with soul, and work, and play.

No single style, for all to see,

Must blend, not to become but be .

Motivation deep, from inner core,

To give your best, and ask no more.

Beyond the books, the charts, the plans,

A soulful leader, understands.

To serve the team, with open hand,

And build a future, strong and grand.

No fixed command, no iron fist,

But action pure, by love subsist.

In every school, in every place,

To find your dharma, leave your trace.

Forget the field, the earthly gain,

Inspired by truth, release the chain.

A leader's path, with wisdom sown,

To help each soul, 'n make it not known.
