Spirituality represents a personal and distinct journey towards an expansive self, one that transcends definition yet can be experienced. It remains just out of reach, yet calls to us daily for self-discovery and self-knowledge. It exists within the mysterious and continually evolving domain that unfolds with each passing moment. This journey is a process of introspective and self-reflective exploration aimed at achieving self-realization.

Thus, spirituality is a subjective and unique journey towards one’s own inner- self that is something limitless and timeless hence cannot be defined. However, it can be realized through self-on-self experiences such as meditation and contemplation.

Spirituality is a notion; it is an elusive concept beyond our grasp, yet beckons every day to know self and purpose of life.  It lies in the unknown and ever new realm to be discovered from moment to moment.  It is a silent subjective self-reflective discovery for self-realization.

Spirituality Sense: A Poem

A word we chase, yet hard to hold,

Spirituality, a story to be told.

Each soul defines it, in their own way,

A piece of truth, that lights the day.

A journey deep, to find what's real,

Inner self, the superself reveal.

An abstract truth, to seek and find,

Reflection's path, for heart and mind.

A fluid flow, a purpose bright,

Cosmic connect, bathed in light.

Experiential, critical, reflective art,

Creative living, set apart.

A journey to self, deep and wide,

Where limitless wonders reside.

Beyond grasp, they call,

Reflecting for all,

New moments of truth, deep inside.

A spirit's soft journey takes flight,

Towards a deep self, endless and bright.

It calls, soft and true,

Each moment anew,

A vast, wondrous inner light.

A creative dance, experiential, bright,

To grow and bloom in holistic, inner light.
