In the western countries Halloween is being celebrated on October 31 to light bonfires, carving jack-o'-lantern and wear frightening costumes to ward off evil spirits as well as to have fun parties dressed as ghosts, skeletons, bats, skulls, etc. and remove the fear of darkness and scary things.
