Krishna Mudra Asana is the yoga pose pertaining to posture of Lord Krishna while playing the flute.


This yoga asana is also called Natvar Asana


Steps


  1. Stand upright with feet together and focus on a fixed point at eye level.

  2. Lift the right foot a bit to put weight on the left foot.

  3. Raise the right foot and place it on the left calf

  4. Raise hands in such way as if you are playing the flute

  5. Stand in the pose for 3-5 seconds

  6. Slowly revert back to the upright standing position

Benefit


The asana is useful for people with devotional bent of mind and children with special needs for cross-hemispheric connectivity leading to cognitive gains.
