True leaders are wise, grounded within,

They rise above ego, beyond “I, me, mine.”

With sacrifice and service for a noble cause,

Success and happiness follow, unconfined.

Constricted by selfishness, success slips away,

Not swayed by the whims that cloud the mind.

True leaders heed their inner calling,

Guided by reason, their emotions aligned.

Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative,

They sense the oneness that binds us all.

Great leaders see through the walls that divide,

Finding common ground, they answer the call.

A leader must be clear, above all prejudice,

Objective in vision, rising above the fray.
