Loot Ki Vyavastha Ke Viruddh: Ulgulan by Dr. Devender Balhara:: A Snippet Book Over View

"Loot Ki Vyavastha Ke Viruddh: Ulgulan" is a book in Hindi by Dr. Devender Balhara that reveals the current exploitative system and acts as a modern manifesto for empowering rural areas, achieving socio-economic justice, and promoting community-led resistance against corporate systems. It takes inspiration from the tribal revolution led by Bhagwan Birsa Munda in the late 19th century, which aimed to protect indigenous land and rights of tribal people over their resources. Dr. Balhara revives this idea to tackle current systemic problems where global capitalism, complicated legal tools, and government overreach exploit ordinary citizens and undermine traditional village independence.

The concept of Ulgulan serves as a text that raises awareness by connecting history, law, economics, and the real-life experiences of rural communities to highlight systemic plunder of the village resources. The book claims that when the creation of currency, banking systems, and centralized political power become disconnected from fundamental human values, they inevitably turn into institutions of exploitation.

The current governance, financial and legal structures, along with mechanisms like privatization, corporatization, banking systems, and laws, are effectively used as tools to seize local properties and trap everyday families and rural communities in unbreakable cycles of debt and poverty. It emphasizes that the intricate regulations crafted by the wealthy and powerful serve corporate interests aimed at dispossessing citizens of their ancestral properties and lands under the guise of progress, modernization, and development.

The Ulgulan book suggests that we should strengthen the foundations of rural life by fighting against the aggressive takeover by corporations. It advocates for a well-organized return to complete self-sufficiency in rural areas and governance at the community level. We need to take back our traditional socio-ecological anchors of Jal, Jangal, Zameen - which represent our essential resources of water, forest, and land - by safeguarding our livestock and ancestral soil.

The book emphasing the need to bring back self-governance to ensure local food security and a sense of community by maintaining agricultural fields, small villages, and traditional local governance systems. Ulgulan argues that the real solution to corporate oppression is to revive self-sustaining local economies and regain village sovereignty by peacefully breaking free from economic dependency, showing that we can achieve freedom without violence.

According to the author of book, the Ulgulan concept provides a strategic plan to eliminate exploitative capitalism and rampant consumerism from the key areas of human society: education, healthcare, justice, politics, agriculture, and religion. We need to repair the rural ecosystems that have been damaged. We must listen to Ulgulan's passionate call for an intellectual and non-violent social revolution by rejecting corporate slavery, protecting local ecosystems, and creating a decentralized society that is firmly based on human dignity and collective self-governance.
