Culturally linked activities for micro-muscle training, related to micro-muscles of hands, feet, neck, eyes and mouth, are important and relevant for children in the age group 3-6 years in stead of the use of conventional equipment, suggests the paper of Jaipur based educator and researcher Dr Lalit Kishore for the international conference on the theme ‘Exploring Cultural Perspectives.”

Adapted yoga exercises for micro-muscle training of tender micro-muscles of children in the formative pre-school education period were found to more effective as compared to the conventional equipment which has the risk of sudden jerks and damage to the micro-muscles.
