~Lalit Kishore
A six-month UNESCO sponsored research assignment in 2003 led to the production of a monograph which is quoted in governmental reports , research work on small schools, alternative education, inclusive education and continuous progress non-graded education.
The research suggests that a well designed competency based micro-learning model of classroom instruction with daily learning episodes; supportive peer group learning sheets; individual practice sheets and formative evaluation is the most effective approach for better learning outcomes in the multi-grade situation of schooling.
