Pedagogical Message of the Bhagavad Gita: A Poem

In the Gita's pages, pedagogy unfolds,

A journey to intellect to wisdom holds.

Self-awareness blooms, a quiet refrain,

Self-actualization, a path through the pain.

Self-reflection guides, self-realisation is aim,

Stedfast self-study, unperturbed by loss or gain

No comparisons, just seek in the light of soul,

Interconnectedness joins up the fractured whole.

Transdisciplinary threads weave thro' the mind,

A holistic pursuit, where knowledge is kind.

To transcend limits of known, we seek 'n yearn,

Shifting from intellect, to wisdom we learn.

Self-study is Dharma, the call is clear,

Study with passion, let go of the fear.

Effort, not outcome, is where we must tread,

Balancing self-knowledge with what's been fed.

Jnana Yoga, the 'Path of the Wise' we must stride,

Let self-control and self discipline be our guides

With self-knowledge as compass we must seek 'n learn

Contributing to life with a mind that can discern
