Once the needs get identified and analysed, training materials are to be customized in the form of training package or module by the key resource trainer(s) as training-ready for the master trainers which is also called training of trainers. Through master trainers, the training is cascaded if the number of trainees is large.
SKETCH NOTE ON TRAINING
It is said the in-service training modules should emphasize the hard skills needed for the trainees to perform effectively their on-job functions. Therefore, the key resource trainer must lay emphasis in creation of training framework, sessions, modules, courses, instructional materials that includes activities, presentation of materials, and organization of trainees' assessment methods.
The customized or modular training is designed and conducted by the key resource trainer and master trainers. The sessions may be punctuated by icebreakers and educational games to reinforce the key leanings of the sessions to make learning more interactive.
