RE-DISCOVER AND RE-INVENT LIFE AS META-PHYSICAL BEING: A SHORT NOTE AND A POEM
SHORT NOTE
We must re-discover and re-invent our lives. To start, embrace the belief that you are meta-physical - you are a soul, a part of the eternal, all-pervading divine essence. In this worldly existence, your soul experiences cycles of birth and death. Start living with the firm faith that the purpose of human life is to free yourself from this cycle of re-birth, which is the source of all sufferings.
To achieve liberation, cleanse your mind of the evils associated with the body and senses - lust, anger, and ego are the primary obstacles. Additionally, take time away from the distractions of the world to practice japa, meditation, self-reflection, and maintain a state of equipoise by remaining non-reactive to external circumstances.
Moreover, embrace a simple and minimal lifestyle by cutting down on personal expenses and prioritizing self-care. Shift your focus away from work that seeks fame and material gain. Instead, ensure that all your actions are selfless, moving away from the chase for recognition and rewards.
A POEM
Assume, believe, you are soul, divine,
Part of the All, an endless shine.
Born, die, reborn - a worldly play,
To break the cycle, find a better way.
Strife and pain, a karmic chain,
Liberation's goal, to rise again.
Cleanse the mind, of worldly lure,
Lust and anger, shut the door.
Withdraw a while, from world's embrace,
Japa, meditation, find your space.
Self-reflect, in calm equipoise,
No reaction, hear inner voice.
Simple living, ease the need,
Self-care given, plant a seed.
Work and act, without a name,
Not for profit, not for fame.
