POEM

Spiritual intelligence, a gentle guide,

To navigate life's changing tide.

To find the meaning, understand,

A purpose blooming in our hand.

For teachers first, the call rings clear,

To banish doubt, and conquer fear.

With ethics strong, a guiding light,

To lead the children, day and night.

The soul within, a seed of light concealed,

A wisdom waiting, purpose yet unfound,

To feel the thread that binds the common field,

And root our lives in consecrated ground.

To question deep, where answers softly lie,

And build a life on pillars strong and true,

Where ethics bloom beneath an open sky,

And empathy guides all that we pursue.

Let teachers rise, with hearts both kind and wise,

And students learn, with open minds and bright,

Compassion's glow reflected in their eyes,

With reason's strength to champion the right.

In unity, with fairness as our guide,

We nurture souls, where love and truth reside.
