Be with this moment

For it’s the Truth

For it's the Reality of life

For it's our Being

The gone moment -

The past is over

Like a dream

The next moment is

Vision of hope

Only if the present moment

Is lived truly

Live this moment in which

The experiencer, experience and experiencing are united

Live from moment to moment

Live every moment holy-n-holistically!

Scriptures say,

In this moment lie

The truth of one's existence

The bliss of self-realization

The wisdom of selfless action

The grandeur of being

'Satym, Shivam, Sundaram'
