Training is more related to systematic skills-set practice for effective and efficient delivery

The training must proceed after needs analysis of skills and processes for a group of trainees. Once the needs have identified and converted into specific objectives, the training sessions should be action-planned for their systematic transaction to meet the stated objectives. Also, a consciously agreed training framework should formulated.


A training module should be developed by a single 'key resource person' since writing is a highly creative process with an intrinsic validity. The key resource person should identify or select a few master trainers and organizer a 'training of trainers' with the help of the training module.


Once, master trainers have been trained, the training of teachers / functionaries should be carried out using a cascade model with a follow-up of training of trainers and field functionaries or teachers.


The joint review of training at various levels must strengthen the training processes as depicted in the inset flow-chart.
