Using slate, modified slate-pencil holder & wrap-grasp to help dysgraphics to draw before writing

An intervention of using slate, modified slate-pencil holder and wrap-grasp to help severe graphics to draw before writing skills as an accommodation intervention for a child with severe dysgraphia for five hours to make a difference.


The materials used for the individualized intervention for a six-year old dysgraphic child from neighborhood were as follows.

-A carry bag of medium size
-Slate pencil fixed into the body of a whitener (ergonomic adapation to facilitate wrap grasp)
-Slate 

Teacher's capacity building exercises


-Read the illustrative collage for the sequence of the steps to a peer

-Hold group discussion on the possible benefits of the intervention

-Make the teacher to pilot the intervention and hold feedback session

-Suggest alternatives or recommendations for fine-tuning the intervention
