Vladimir Lenin Birth Anniversary, April 22: A Poem on Marxism-Leninism
From ancient texts, a fire burned,
Of rich and poor, a world overturned.
But Russian soil, a different ground,
Required new thought, a path profound.
The workers rise, a mighty hand,
To seize the reins across the land.
A party strong, a guiding star,
To lead the fight, however far.
No half-measure, no soft plea,
But revolution, fierce and free!
This is the will, the burning aim,
To forge a new world, in freedom's name.
A tight-knit band, with purpose sharp and clear,
Not waiting idly for the dawn to break.
"Democratic" in their chosen sphere,
Yet "Centralist" the path they undertake.
To lead the dawn of a more righteous light,
A classless future, bravely to unfold.
Thus, through their will, and vision held so true,
A new world dawns, for me, for her, for you.
