In the eastern cultures, this full moon day is called Vat Purnima (Hinduism) and Poson Poya (Buddhism).
The name 'the Strawberry Moon' is given to full moon that falls during the short season for harvesting or picking up ripe strawberries in the north-eastern parts of America.
It has been reported the Strawberry Moon would rise on Thursday, June 24, 2021. Astronomers say that this full moon is the 'final Supermoon' of 2021 in w Northern Hemisphere.
In India, the strawberry Moon can be witnesses from June 24 midnight ( which means June 25 at 12:10 AM IST). It will spread it's glory for three days for people to watch and photograph it.
