When Elite School Wears the Mask of Bullying: A Poem

A star so bright, a soul both keen and deep,

Found learning's joy within a world of thought,

Her worth she knew, a promise she would keep,

But entered gates where kindness came to naught.

The wealthy scorned, the teachers turned away,

Their cruelties a shadowed, constant sting.

In hallowed halls, where darkness held its sway,

Her gentle spirit knew no comforting.

The washroom's chill, the corner's hidden dread,

Became her world, a prison built of fear.

Her pleas ignored, her aching heart unfed,

She chose the death, to end the endless tear.

School blamed parents, with words so cold and stark,

But failed to see, they quenched a burning spark.
