The work of Dr Lalit Kishore [1], Jaipur based educator and researcher, was cited in study on teacher effectiveness Ranjana Bhatia [2].

According to Inshore, when teachers are trained, the efforts at school level by passing on the initiative to teachers as a part of the school planning results into school effectiveness as an indicator of quality education.
