Work on low-cost learning aids by Indian researcher Kishore cited in science instruction research


The research work of Jaipur based educator and researcherDr Lalit kishore was cited in the JOURNAL OF HIGHER EDUCATION RESEARCH DISCIPLINES, (Volume 5, Issue 1, July - December 2020), published from Phillipines, revealed a web search [1].


Kishore’s work has been cited in the paper “Inexpensive Demonstrations and Experiments in Understanding Basic Concepts of Fluid Mechanics” [2] by Berma O. Patron and Antonia Gueyndoline B. Despojo of Foundation University, Dumaguete City in the said journal.


The citation report the following from the paper “Stepping into science in small schools: Together with tools, techniques and toys”[2] presented at a conference held at TIFR in Mumbai, India.


  • Kishore (2009) conducted a study at an Indian state called Rajasthan and revealed good results after one year of intensive implementation which included a significant improvement in the achievement levels of the project schools as well as being innovative using materials that are readily available.
