This means that creativity reflects who we are and what we care about. It helps create a diverse mix of cultures and encourages social and economic progress Innovation and innovative thinking are considered important skills for the 21st century. In today's fast-changing world, which is influenced by technology and global changes, being innovative and thinking creatively are crucial skills. They go beyond just having academic knowledge and are vital for success in both work and life. Innovative thinking, or inventive thinking, is the ability to use creative methods to tackle difficult problems and come up with original, practical solutions. It means challenging the usual way of doing things, linking different ideas together, and discovering new ways to create value, not just inventing new technology.
