MEDITATION DECASTICH

Meditation is quiet time,

When thoughts no longer climb.

Being mindful, here and now,

Feeling breath, and gentle bow.

Breathing deep, a peaceful sigh,

Arms and legs, move by and by.

Mantra whispers, soft and low,

Truths of life, begin to grow.

Sacred artwork, lines unfold,

A mindful life, brave and bold.
