A four-day, five-hours each day, workshop on self study skills for learning physics at home was organised for senior secondary girls of Ladawa in Haryana.
The purpose was to flip the classroom so that girls could study physics at home by applying the study skills and get their specific articulated in the classroom.

ABC poem on study skills
A: Applying processing skills by self along with reading or accessing information from any source
B: bringing one's own understanding into the reading process through outlining, summarizing, puzzle making, mnemonics, poetry
C: Conscious process-based effort to learn prescribed topic with intent and purpose
D: Diagrams such as webs, flow charts, dual codes, visual imagery as proffered tools to make information non-linear and bring it together
E: Effective reading with concentration through self-tutored assignment-based specific cognitive skills like underlining and reorganising information
