Academia creates podcast of the paper of Dr Lalit Kishore on group thinking

Academia disseminates research work on its website both as text and audio materials. Paper of Dr Kishore "Group thinking exercises among adolescent student sharpen rational decision making skill: Study analysis" now available as a podcast at their site.
According to Kishore [1] (1993), when adolescent students at the middle school level are involved in group thinking exercises in classroom or school organizational problems, it helps them in developing their rational decision making skills and harmonises them as a group taking and owning up decisions. However, it is be done on the basis of the consensus on the process of decision making process with pre-decided norms.
The study was done by Dr Lalit Kishore while working with KFI at Varanasi on Deputation from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan on behest of the MHRD and now is the source of the podcast by Academia [2].
