ACROSTIC ON LENT AND MESSAGES ON FORTY-DAY FESTIVAL OF CHRISTIANS

In 2023, devout Christians are observing Lent from 22nd February to 6th April. On the occasion of Lent festival Pope Francis called upon the followers to be reminded of 'goodness, together with love, justice, and solidarity, are not achieved once and for all; they have to be realized each day,' reported Vatican News.

"Lenten practices of giving up pleasures are a good reminder that the purpose of life is not pleasure. The purpose of life is to attain a perfect life, all truth and undying ecstatic love - which is the definition of God. In pursuing that happiness, we find happiness," said Fulton J. Sheen in his message.
