In his article "Convert classrooms into educational laboratories, recommends KV workshop" published earlier in Merinews portal," Dr. Lalit Kishore - a Jaipur based educator-researcher - said the action research and reflective thinking can facilitate flipping the classroom and reverse teaching by converting classroom into an educational laboratory.
The article by Kishore was disseminated by flippedlearning.org [1] of Flipped Learning Network (FLN) which has been tasked 'to counter common misconceptions and bring clarity to discussions about “Flipped Learning,” and provide a formal definition of the term, its four pillars and a checklist of eleven indicators 'that educators must incorporate into their practice.'
According to the FLN [2], "Flipped Learning is a pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves from the group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter."
