The conference organisers for the ASE (UK based Science Education Association) have arranged for Dr Lalit Kishore, award winner from India working with Jaipur based Disha Foundation to appear virtually at the presidential address at the end of International Day for which ticket has given as part of Findel-CASTME Community Award for the year for his entry on theme based process based science instruction at middle school level with readily available material.
"This is outstanding, ASE have never done anything like this, announcing our awards at the Presidential Address. Sir John Holman is someone I do know, he was a physics teacher I think way back, his sister was one of my primary teachers when I set up and ran the Primary Science and Design and Technology Advisory Team for the London Borough of Richmond, and we were both at the Harare Generator for the British Council in Zimbabwe in 1990," wrote Chair CASTME, the Lady Tunnicliffe, PhD, calling it is a great gesture by the ASE and tremendous recoginition of work of Dr Kishore in science education.
The ASE conference is largest professional development event, the four day Annual Conference is going to held online 06 January to 09 January 2021 Dr Kishore has earlier attended three ASE conferences.
