Cultural linkage of Lohri festival for language instruction of children with learning disabilities

The following poem was created for children with learning disabilities as a short poem since such children learn in small slow steps in a multi-modal way.

Short poem

लोहड़ी

लोहड़ी आई , दो बधाई।

लोहड़ी आई, खुशियां लाई।

आग जलाओ, लोहड़ी आई।

भंगड़ा पाओ , लोहड़ी आई।

Note:

The poem should be learnt with gestures for each phrase and practiced for over-learning or immersive-active learning. First do it one-to-one basis and then group practice with 3-4 children.
