Dimensions and framework of social pedagogy supportive to learning by students: Experiential analysis

Deliberated and designed social pedagogy in a school context is being seen as a precondition to sound cognitive developmental of students. Social pedagogical consideration to emotional and social well-being of students by organizing school as a web of equitable supportive relationships and classrooms as community of learners is being practiced by some meaningful educational institutions.
My experience of working with and for small schools involved in mainstreaming non-starter and drop-out children in rural habitation (Janshala Project, Pehchan Project, Nikhar Project) and its analysis led to the following framework of social pedagogy that resulted into accelerated learning and successful performance in common examination for mainstreaming.
