Jaipur based educator and researcher, Dr Latit Kishore, who had been active in the area of 'non-art use of art', has been the awarded the first position as the most contributing visual artist at social media site 'Art House' which is being managed by a group of professional artists.
Dr Kishore was also given the "Cover Page Honour" by the group for his outstanding contribution in the area of applied arts besides being awarded several times for daily outstanding contribution in photography as visual art.
"Applied arts are all those art-forms that apply design, decoration on things of daily use and other objects of practical use as well for the activities of 'non-art use of art' such as visual learning, illustration, sketch-noting and and art therapy," said Dr Kishore on receiving the honour and expressing his happiness for his being recognized by the Art House for his contribution in applied and non-conventional art
