Dr Kishore's work listed at 'Press-Flipped Learning Network Hub' for teacher training use

Flipped classroom is an instructional approach in which direct instruction has a paradigm shift from the whole class institutionalized and group learning situations to the individual learning space at home and students getting their difficulties removed in the institution.


It needs to be understood that flipping classroom instruction does not necessarily use the latest technology and self-study skills applied to the course-ware can also be used as was stressed in a seminar conducted by Dr Lalit Kishore. He was of the view that day-wise micro-learning or mini-lessons approach with readiness programme at home can be used successfully. Also, Dr Kishore used the self-study skills and action research for flipping the classroom.

Dr Kishore's artcle has also been listed at listed at 'Press - Flipped Learning Network Hub' of <flippedlearning.org › press-received>, which promotes flipped classroom pedagogy and organizes courses to train and certify teachers. The list of articles on their website is used as reading material for the trainees.


A workshop was also organized at MNSS, Rai, [ 2 ] in 2016 for teachers and students of grade 12 in self study skill to flip the classroom and prep work.

(The aim of the workshop was to understand action research and link it to the concept of flipped classroom or reverse teaching as a theme to begin with.
