The Concept note (KUK, 2026) [1] of the 11th International Gita Conference (14th - 16th December 2026) with theme "Srimadbhagwad Gita: Traditions and Influence, Bridging Cultures across the World" has section 'Peace – Inner Calm through Detachment' giving the message that inner peace emerges when duties are carried out without attachment to rewards. "This teaching resonates with modern stress management, mindfulness, and positive psychology frameworks. In an era of high professional burnout, academic competition, and global mental health crises, the Gita’s principle of detachment provides a pathway to resilience and balance. It encourages individuals to focus on effort and process rather than outcomes, reducing anxiety and fostering psychological well-being — values deeply relevant to health professionals, educators, and global organizations," adds the concept note [1] KUK (2026). The precept of harmony is illustrated by the Bhagavad Gita in Chapter 13 and Verse 27, which in Sanskrit goes as follows' यावत्सञ्जायते किञ्चित्सत्वं स्थावरजङ्गमम् । / क्षेत्रक्षेत्रज्ञसंयोगात्तद्विद्धि भरतर्षभ ॥ Meaning: O best of the Bharatas, whatever moving or unmoving being you see in existence, know it to be a combination of the field of activities(Individual Souls) and the knower of the field (Supreme Soul). Prabhavananda & Isherwood (2002) [2} explain that regardless of how enormous or infinitesimal it may be, is all born of the union of the kṣhetrajña (knower of the field) and the kṣhetra (field of activities). The When one accept the existence of the soul in humans, but do not accept that other forms of life also have same soul. conficts are born. The concept of universality of soul condones violence toward the other life forms. Shree Krishna states that all life forms possess consciousness; they are the combination of the eternal soul, which is the source of consciousness, and the body, which is made of the insentient material energy.

Inspired Poems World of Conflicts and Despair Broken pieces, a world torn, By skin color, where hate is born. Some have plenty, some have none, Life's a struggle, for everyone. Beliefs clash, in angry words, Ideas fight, like fighting birds. Peace is gone, and hope is weak, Only sadness, the people speak. Gita's Message for Peace and Harmony Every soul, a precious light, Worthy of dignity and right. No one left, no one behind, A gentle truth for all mankind.
A world of many, side by side, Each one a helper, a shared ride. No one alone, no one to fear, Different gifts, held very dear.
