With over 40 years of experience, he has served as the Vice-Chancellor of Starex University and Jagannath University, and as the Director of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. Prof. Goel long served as a Professor of Economics at Kurukshetra University and is an Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Advanced Sciences, USA. Rooted in ethical consumerism and the Bhagavad Gita, his Needonomics philosophy offers sustainable, value-based alternatives to modern global economic challenges. Dr Lalit Kishore Born in 1946, he holds a Master’s in Physics from Kurukshetra University and a Doctorate in Education from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He co-founded the Centre for Unfolding Learning Potentials (CULP) to support marginalized, rural, and out-of-school children. Dr. Kishore is widely recognized for pioneering low-cost, toy-based STEM learning, inclusive education models, and innovative pedagogical strategies that replace expensive laboratory equipment with everyday household items.
