POEM
Upon a battlefield, a weary soul,
Arjuna stood, his mission taking toll.
Before him, Krishna, calm and bright,
A teacher born of purest light.
He taught detachment, calm and clear,
To act with purpose, free from fear.
To love with all, a boundless grace,
A servant's heart in every space.
Not for himself, but for the good,
He guided, as a true friend should.
A leader mild, with selfless aim,
Igniting life, a holy flame.
He served with love, a selfless grace,
Leading gently, in every place.
A leader true, with heart so wide,
His love for all, could not be tied.
In Summary
Kishore (2026) highlights Krishna’s role as an empathetic mentor who guides Arjuna through crisis with active listening and profound wisdom. It frames Krishna as the ultimate servant leader, utilizing the metaphor of a charioteer to demonstrate that effective leadership prioritizes empowerment over authority.
