Subsequent to information about citation of my work by Academia (see inset clip), a Google (2026, August 20) [1} prompt informed, "Dr. Lalit Kishore is a Jaipur-based educator and researcher who focuses on alternative and inclusive education, low-cost STEM instruction, and improving learning outcomes in resource-constrained rural schools for marginalized children in India."

It added that the core focus areas of Kishore's work on education of marginalized children is as follows.

  • Inclusive Classrooms: Advocates for teaching children together regardless of social status, learning style, or background by adapting the learning pace to individual needs.

  • Play Way &Toy-Based Pedagogy: Developed low-cost science toolkits and approaches (such as Stepping into Science in Small Schools) using everyday household items and local materials instead of expensive laboratories. [3]

  • Teacher Empowerment: Focuses on shifting rigid traditional instruction into dynamic participatory communities of learners.

  • Three-Stage Learning: The learning process is structured around three stages. (1) Teacher-Directed Learning: Initial instruction and guidance by the teacher; (2) Peer Group Learning: Students learn and collaborate with each other, reinforcing concepts and developing problem-solving skills; and (3) Student-Led Learning: Students independently explore topics, conduct research, and create projects, demonstrating mastery of the material.

  • Micro-Learning: Kishore also supports the use of micro-learning techniques, which involve breaking down complex information into smaller, digestible chunks, often utilizing technology, to improve learning outcomes, according to www.gianmandir.com.
