Meditation appears to have transformed into a commodity available for purchase, marketed as a branded therapy and an inner-engineering tool for digital detoxification. We traverse the contemporary landscape of meditation commerce by pursuing the digital allure of forcefield therapy, which is designed to protect our concentration with a branded neural shield. Meditation has now become a rigid regimen for screen-induced dopamine detoxification and inner engineering. Consequently, meditation is no longer the objective; rather, it has become a product for sale aimed at mental detoxification.


Two Quatrains


Calm for cash, a brand to buy,

Screens dimming, just for a price.

Inner peace, a packaged deal,

Focus forcefield, make it feel.


Neural shield, a digital claim,

Dopamine detox, play the game.

Not the journey, but the store,

Mental cleanse, and nothing more
