Mental health of a person consists of his or her emotional, psychological or cognitive, and social well-being states. Our mental health affects how we think, feel, and behave as well as coping skills to handle stress, relationships and and life choices.



Learning about and maintaining mental health is required at every stage of life, right from birth and through our childhood, adolescence and adulthood stages of life.
