Micro-learning is viable for small schools across the ability spectrum: Study

Jaipur based educator-researcher Dr. Lalit Kishore in his paper on micro-learning at National Conference in 2019 on “Education of Persons with Disabilities: Reality, Reflection and Reforms,” batted for the viability of micro-learning for small schools in remote areas and special schools which are generally organized on individualized basis.



Implicating the in-house innovations for small schools in his paper “Micro-learning based pedagogical practice for children with mild & moderate learning disability: Evolution of a model of individualized instruction plan in special education at Disha NGO.” Dr Inshore is currently engaged in teaching physics in a small school –The Plenum School, HP- has developed a micro-learning sheet (see format given below) and a few lessons have taught using it for middle school students having 4-7 students in class
