The work of Jaipur based educator and researcher’s work on video on low cost STEM activities as teaching resource has been cited by Mgona, Noel S.[1] of the University of Dodoma University , Tanzania, for his Education Master Dissertation-2013 on the topic “Using video content to teach geography topics for secondary schools in Tanzania.”
Kishore’s paper [2] “ Science, Technology and Mathematics student activities” in CASTME
Journal published in 1997 from United Kingdom has been cited .
Kishore (1997) contends that use of video content in teaching helps students to develop problem solving skills in understanding content. This study assessed the viability of using video content in teaching geography in comparison to traditional face to face approach.
Kishore (1997) observes that implementation of any syllabus, including geography syllabus, will be effective if it gives a room of interacting the various mental faculties such as moving from one level of abstraction to another and using multiple communication methods to present information. ..activities. Thus, the appropriate methods of teaching provide the opportunities to the students to understand the role that they will play in solving work related problems and transfer of skills and practice.
