Short note on photosynthesis

In photosynthesis process, plants, algae, and some bacteria get food from air by converting light energy into chemical energy. Plants and trees use sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide to produce glucose and oxygen.

In facts, plants absorb water through their roots, which is transported to the leaves through capillary action. Meanwhile, Carbon dioxide dioxide enters the leaves through small pores called stomata. Light energy from the sun convert water and carbon dioxide into glucose and oxygen.

Glucose serves as food for the plant, providing energy to thrive and growth. Oxygen is released as a byproduct for living things.  This is photosynthesis taking place In ukaryotic cells of plants.

Photosynthesis: A poem

The sun shines bright, a happy ray,

Plants wake up to greet the day.

Roots suck water from the ground,

Up to leaves, it's safely bound.

Tiny doors, called stomata wide,

Let carbon dioxide inside.

Sunlight's power, a magic spark,

In leaves, it leaves its special mark.

Water, air, and sun's bright gleam,

Turn into food, a living dream.

Glucose sweet, for plant to grow,

And oxygen for us to know.

We breathe it in, a gift so free,

Thanks to plants and greenery!

Photosynthesis, a wondrous art,

Food from light, a brand new start!
