· Action of defence, creation of barrier, screen, cushion against an onslaught
· Safeguarding by creating support system for someone or oneself

PREVENTION MEASURES AGAINST THE COVID-19
· Clean your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based sanitizer often
· Clean often-toughed surfaces like door handles, mobiles, keypads, etc with sanitizer often
· Maintain a safe physical distance of 2m
· Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
· Get into habit of covering your nose and mouth bent elbow while coughing or sneezing
· Stay home if you feel unwell.
· If you have a fever, cough, taste-loss and difficulty in breathing, seek medical attention and care

· Wear rubber gloves while working on tool, gadgets and serving
· Stay at home and work from home
· Have a self-quarantine room with a few essentials
· Use credit cards for payment on do on-line transaction
· Do not allows visitors to home unless unavoidable
· Do not go to crowded places
· Sanitizer floors and wears
· Go for high level of personal hygiene
· Drink hot water, wash fruit and vegetables well and eat boiled food
· Keep immunity in tact
· Avoid dampness and humidity
· Do your laundry yourself at home and iron it well
