The language of friendship is not words but meanings, says Henry David Thoreau


As we celebrate the International Day of Friendship, proclaimed by the United Nations, it is essential to know the meaning and purpose of friendship, Friendship has been defined by wikipedia.org as an interpersonal relationship or an association between two or more people that may range from fleeting to enduring. This association may be based on limerence, love and liking, regular business interactions, or some other type of social commitment.
